Andy has carved an exciting career path through the differing disciplines of Government, consultancy and private business. With an early start working for DWP (private office) Andy quickly found his feet in a liaison role helping to disseminate Government information in such a way that it could be reassuring but accurate at the same time. He was promoted to Performance Improvement Manager within the same department and utilising his wide range of skills he threw himself whole-heartedly into this new challenge with considerable success.
As the founder of Red Bullet, much of the company's ethos is based around his desire to drive quality and deliver efficiencies. Day to day, Andy is hands on with statistical reporting, usability studies and consultancy.
Andy is also a member of the Usability Professionals' Association.
