It's Bev's job to be objective and really get into the nitty gritty of what makes your user's tick. Bev loves the Internet and learning; she studied web design at night school whilst working to further enhance her knowledge. She also loves meeting people and problem-solving. Suffice to say... within user experience she has really found her niche in the world of web development. Bev has a range of tools to find out what makes your users tick and will choose the right ones to fill any gaps in our knowledge before we put pen to paper.
Since university, Bev has gained over ten years’ experience within communications and is passionate about ensuring information is simple, direct, findable and accessible. Her experience includes five years at Kent County Council within a communications role, Digital Project Management, Marketing, Graphic Design and more recently she has focused her knowledge and skills on the online user experience. Having worked in both the private and public sector, Bev understands the need to balance users’ needs with business requirements.
Bev has extensive knowledge of web accessibility, copywriting for different audiences and plain English. Organisation is one of her strengths and effective communication is her top priority.
