With 9 stores in the Capital, Crest of London are the leading retailer of London gifts and novelty items. Approximately 4 million people enter their stores on an annual basis. We were tasked with developing a new website with several aims – primarily to boost B2C and B2B sales. The website needed to strike a balance between simplicity, fun and professionalism. Early results have indicated that online orders have increased by over 1200%.
