Brand exists only in the mind of those who come in to contact with it. We approach branding from two angles. We can either develop a look and feel to communicate your current brand values or we can work with you to firstly ascertain what those brand values should be and follow this up with a look and feel and a "brand bible". The latter approach ultimately results in the creation of a set of rules which should form the basis of your approach going forward.
We find that the best brands tend to involve staff in the creation (or recreation) of their brand values. Hence, we will always recommend an involvement from staff in the branding process. If they don't get it, your customers won't either.
Underpinning any brand should be a simple message. In a world bursting at the seams with brands and advertising, you need to keep it simple to commit anything to long-term memory.
