On completion of his degree Jim moved straight into the photographic industry and worked at Venture, a global portrait photography company. As a practised studio photographer and Image Retoucher, he made a natural transition to the role of Digital Artist, specialising in image manipulation and creative digital arts. His work quickly became recognised throughout the company’s network of artists and photographers, earning him two Awards for Digital Excellence.
After Leaving Venture in 2007 he began freelancing, offering his photography and graphic design skills to design agencies in the southeast before finally joining Red Bullet in 2008 as Lead Designer.
He has since made the progression to the role of Creative Director, with an involvement throughout the entire design process and a responsibility for the quality of the company’s creative output.
