Natalie started off her career in the creative industry working as an online designer for Xerox whilst studying. After University Natalie moved into Project Management within an E-commerce agency working with brands such as Hotel Chocolat and Lom Bok.

Having picked up valuable experience she then moved into publishing helping major industry publications such as The Lawyer, Design Week, Money Marketing and Creative Review to deliver their online content. Natalie has managed teams of developers, data and online traffic analysts.

After 2 years Natalie then moved to a creative agency where she managed online Projects for brands such as Thomson Reuters, IBM, McDonalds, Clifford Chance, Allen & Overy, Oxfam and Iceland foods.

Before joining Red Bullet Natalie was working with the University of Kent helping deliver post graduate advertising campaigns and editing the School of Economics web pages.
