

Pay-per-click (aka sponsored links, cpc, adwords) is a recommended form of advertising for multiple reasons. Firstly, it serves as an excellent way of testing the water for particular key phrases before undertaking any Search Engine Marketing activity. Secondly, it’s easy to monitor ROI. Thirdly, it can be tailored to budget completely allowing you to scale up key phrases which perform well and reduce waste on those which are underperforming.
Ultimately, in the long term, we would like to see you in pole position of the natural searches, but until then pay-per-click is a cost-effective compromise. A word of warning however, if designed poorly, a pay-per-click campaign will damage your wealth.
